Prof. Kasimbazi

The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to Health Promotion and Rights Watch Uganda (HPRW). This individual oversees the overall vision, mission, and goals of the organization, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational values and objectives. The ED spearheads fundraising efforts, engages with key partners and donors, and represents HPRW in various forums and platforms. Additionally, they oversee the implementation of policies and procedures, monitor organizational performance, and provide guidance to other teams to ensure efficient operations and impactful outcomes.
